This project was created as part of my Digital Marketing coursework, where I conducted an in-depth SEO evaluation and audit for MacKenzie Art Gallery’s website. The goal was to analyze the site’s search performance, identify key opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance its online visibility.
What I Did
- Conducted keyword research to identify high-impact search terms and content gaps.
- Performed a technical SEO audit using Google Lighthouse to assess page speed, accessibility, and best practices.
- Analyzed on-page SEO elements including metadata, heading structure, and internal linking.
- Evaluated off-page SEO factors such as backlinks and social engagement.
- Compiled a comprehensive SEO audit report with prioritized recommendations for improving site rankings and user experience.
